RIPKEN EXPERIENCE
PSSG IS PROUD TO PARTNER WITH THE RIPKEN EXPERIENCE AS OF 2009 AND WILL BE CONDUCTING QUALIFIERS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO SECURE BERTH'S FOR 2010 TOURNAMENTS IN MYRTLE BEACH.
WE WILL BE AWARDING BERTH'S TO THE TOP TWO TEAMS IN EACH AGE DIVISION.
We would like to pass along some exciting information about our new tournament facility in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina:
The Ripken Experience. This world class baseball complex has been personally designed by Hall of Famer, Cal Ripken, Jr. and Bill Ripken, who was recently selected to the coaching staff of Team USA for the 2009 World Baseball Classic! Collectively, they spent more than 3 decades playing Major League Baseball and they've incorporated their extensive knowledge into the design of this great sports destination. Highlighted by professional fields, beautiful grounds, easy access to beaches, family entertainment packages, shopping, dining & more, The Ripken Experience gives players, coaches and their families a unique opportunity to enjoy tournament baseball while visiting a premier east coast vacation destination.
While the complex offers spring, summer and fall programming packages, I would like to quickly highlight the summer tournament packages which are selling very quickly. Summer tournaments packages include:

The Ripken Experience – Myrtle Beach
features 5 youth fields and 2 regulation sized diamonds all constructed with FieldTurf – a synthetic playing surface used to maintain consistent play, eliminate rain outs, and reduce the risk of injuries. All fields are modeled and designed after legendary ballparks such as Polo Grounds, Navin Field and Griffith
